Chief Officer of Administration and Devolved Units, Ambrose Tarus, has underscored the vital role of Sub-County and Ward Administrators in local development.
Tarus urged the administrators to actively manage the planning and implementation of development projects in their areas and to ensure seamless communication between the county government and the community.
“You serve as a crucial link between the county government and the people, fostering participatory governance and driving local development to improve social and economic conditions at the grassroots level,” Tarus stated.
He stressed the importance of holding regular meetings, encouraging teamwork, and prioritizing time management.
These initiatives come as the county welcomes new administrators, with a strong commitment to enhancing community engagement and promoting development across the county.
