THE CAUSE IS NOT KNOWN BUT THE FOLLOWING PREDISPOSING FACTORS ARE KNOWN TO INCREASE A PERSON’S CHANCES OF DEVELOPING CANCER.

• Life-style factors such
• Tobacco use, alcohol use, unhealthy diet and physical inactivity
• Certain type of infections such as human papilloma virus
• Genetic factors and family history of cancer
• Environmental factors such as exposure to different type of radiation and toxic chemicals

Since there are no known causes of cancer, the following measures can reduce chances of developing cancer:

• Avoid use of tobacco
• Avoid drinking alcohol
• Exercise regularly
• Eat a healthy diet
• Regular medical checkup and care
• Avoid risky sexual behavior such as unsafe sex
• Get vaccinated against hpv and hepatitis b
• Avoid environmental toxins
• Avoid un-necessary exposure to radiation
• Protect yourself from sun or use sunscreen

• Headaches with early warning signs
• Increased swelling persistent pain of bones, joints book ,or legs
• Lump or mass in the abdomen
• Neck, chest , pelvis , armpits
• Development of excessive bruising , bleeding or rash
• Constant infections
• A whitish colour behind the pupil
• Nausea that persists or vomiting without nausea
• Constant tiredness or noticea paleness
• Eye changes that occur suddenly and persist
• Recurrent or persistent fevers of unknown origin
