The County Government of Uasin Gishu County on Thursday conducted a routine inspection of ongoing flagship infrastructure projects being undertaken by Governor Dr. Jonathan Bii’s administration.
The inspection was led by Chief Officer for Roads, Transport and Public Works, Geoffrey Tanui, accompanied by Director of Public Works, Engineer Benjamin Kirongo, and a technical team from the department.
The team assessed progress at the Uasin Gishu County Diagnostic Centre in the Eldoret Central Business District, Moiben Sub-County Hospital in Moiben, and the County Aggregation and Industrial Park in Ziwa, Soy Sub-County.

During consultations with contractors at the various sites, Tanui underscored the importance of quality workmanship, close coordination among project teams, and adherence to set timelines.
