The Department of Economic Planning on Monday kicked off a Monitoring and Evaluation Exercise, aimed at assessing the effectiveness of ongoing and completed county projects, reflecting the country’s commitment to ensuring transparency and enhancing the execution of essential community services in line with Governor Dr. Bii’s “Nguzo Kumi” agenda, which focuses on sustainable development and community upliftment.

During the evaluations, the monitoring team noted substantial progress and the results of this exercise are expected to be instrumental in shaping future funding decisions and the implementation of upcoming projects, ensuring that community interests and needs take center stage in development initiatives.
