LET US FOCUS ON EFFICIENT SERVICE DELIVERY- CECM KOSGEY

In a recent staff meeting at County Hall, County Executive Committee Member for Public Service Management Mr. Elijah Kosgey urged employees to start the year positively and align their work with the Governor’s Manifesto for efficient service delivery.

In his address, CECM Kosgey elaborated on the significance of supporting the government’s initiatives, emphasizing the pivotal role that a positive attitude and discipline play in the overall success of the county’s endeavours.

CECM Kosgey highlighted the documentation of staff performance appraisals, which would be cascaded from senior management to all departments.

The Departmental boss encouraged staff to participate in affordable housing projects, given salary deductions for the initiative.

Chief Officer for Public Service Management Ambrose Tarus stressed the importance of time consciousness, professionalism, and confidentiality.

Tarus called on staff to adhere to grooming standards and dress codes in line with public service expectations.

“We should foster a culture of efficiency and commitment among the county’s public service workforce, “said Tarus.
