The construction of 64 ultra-modern market has gained momentum signifying the commitment of Uasin Gishu Governor Dr. Jonathan Bii to ensure that its completion is realized to enable traders to easily continue with their businesses.
On Wednesday, County Executive Committee Member for Trade Martha Cheruto flanked by Eng. Benjamin.K. Njenga, Secretary for Urban & Metropolitan Development in the State Department for Housing and Urban Development and Trade Chief Officer Nathan Korir checked on the construction progress of 64 modern market and lauded the contractor on the pace at which the project is taking.











“We are confident that the project is going to be completed within the shortest time so that our people can begin utilizing it” noted Cheruto
The eight-storeyed iconic market upon completion is expected to accommodate at least 4000 traders
