The Governor said budgeting and organizing sports and social activities for county staff are some of his intentions.

He said time away from work forms crucial recipes for healthy, motivated and efficient personnel. “Human Resource models appreciate that a human being should have some time off busy schedules, through annual leaves as well as bonding through sports and other events.”

Governor Bii praised the staff for their performance at the 10th edition of the games. He said the county will field as many sports teams as possible to increase the medal cabinet. “You did very well and going forward, we shall ensure we have as many teams so that we can continue confirming that we are indeed the champions.
