TIMELINES AND QUALITY TAKE CENTRE STAGE AS COUNTY LEADERS TOUR MOIBEN LEVEL 4 HOSPITAL PROJECT

Residents of Moiben are a step closer to improved healthcare services following an inspection visit to the Moiben Level 4 Hospital, where county leaders reaffirmed their commitment to delivering quality and timely health infrastructure.

The site visit, led by Finance and Economic Planning CECM Micah Rogony and Chief Officer for Clinical Services Ambrose Tarus, underscored the county’s resolve to fast-track the project while upholding the highest construction standards.

During the tour, the leaders expressed satisfaction with the progress made so far, while issuing a firm directive to contractors to strictly adhere to the stipulated timelines. They emphasized that the facility is a critical investment aimed at expanding access to specialized healthcare services for residents of Moiben and its surrounding areas.

“We are keen on ensuring that this project is completed on schedule and meets the expected quality standards. This hospital will play a key role in strengthening our healthcare system and bringing services closer to the people,” said Rogony.

Chief Officer Tarus echoed these sentiments, noting that quality assurance remains non-negotiable. He highlighted that once complete, the facility will significantly ease pressure on existing hospitals and enhance service delivery across the sub-county.

The Moiben Level 4 Hospital project is part of the County Government’s broader strategy to upgrade health infrastructure, improve patient outcomes, and support the realization of universal health coverage.
