ONGOING ROUTINE MAINTENANCE OF ROADS ACROSS ALL WARDS

The County Government of Uasin Gishu’s Executive for Roads, Transport and Public Works, Abraham Serem, on Tuesday led the inspection of several upgraded roads in Kipkenyo Ward, Kapseret Sub-County.

The initiative is part of the ongoing road improvement program being spearheaded by Governor Jonathan Bii, with a target of improving at least twenty Kilometres of roads in every ward under the first phase of the program.

Some of the improved roads include: Fortune roads, Berur estate roads, Weighbridge-Kapsaos bridge road, Kisor Dispensary road and AIC Koilebel road in Kipkenyo Ward

The CECM was accompanied by his Chief Officer, Geoffrey Tanui, Director of Roads section Eng Julius Ronoh, and his deputy, Eng Linus Yego and Roads Inspector Carolyne Boit.
