Robert Kosilbett is a member of the second County Public Service Board of Uasin Gishu. He holds a graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Kenyatta University. He is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Human Resource and Development at Moi University.
He has vast experience in Human Resource Management and Development having worked in public sector for over 28 years in various capacities and institutions. Currently, he is the Vice Chairperson of the Board of Management of Kapngetuny High School.
