Paul Kiprono Lagat is the Vice Chairperson of the second County Public Service Board of Uasin Gishu. He has great experience in both teaching and public administration.
He holds a Master of Education (Administration and Planning) degree from the Catholic University of Eastern Africa. He also holds a Bachelor of Education (Science) degree from Kenyatta University. He is currently pursuing his Doctor of Philosophy in Educational Management and Policy Studies at Moi University.
He has previously served as Chief of Staff in the Office of the Governor, Uasin Gishu County, Quality Assurance and Standards Officer at Ali Addeh Refugee Camp in Djibouti, Tech Accreditation and Quality Assurance Officer for TVET at the Ministry of Higher Education then.
He also rose through the ranks in his teaching career to become the Head teacher at Turkana Girls High School.
