Land being a factor of production, sustainable management is key to providing excellent benefits to the residents of Uasin Gishu. Smart urban city development is the future of our towns with affordable quality housing for the residents.

To achieve this I will;
i. Improve and fast track the processing and issuance of title deeds through digitization of the registry office in collaboration with the national goverment.
ii. Partner with World Bank and other financiers in urban development and management
iii. Protect and develop green spaces in urban areas and secure all environmentally fragile areas
iv. Address solid and liquid waste management in all urban areas
v. Enhance development control to achieve spatially organized towns
