The public service should be responsive to the needs of the residents of Uasin Gishu through centres of excellence by providing quality and accessible services. In order to be competitive, I will support, coordinate and facilitate performance management as a measure of effective service delivery for efficient utilization of public resources through:
i. Promotion of Staff on merit as per the schemes of service.
ii. Professional handling of staff by relevant departments.
iii. Ensure continuous training and human resource development.
iv. Ensure transparency and accountability in all county operations to increase staff performance and public condence.
v. Instill discipline and professionalism to ensure zero tolerance to all forms of malpractices in county operations and service delivery.
