The Uasin Gishu County Public Service Board is a constitutional body established under Article 235 of the Constitution of Kenya 2010 and the County Governments Act No.17 of 2012 and gazetted on 25th July, 2013.
To be the champions in County Public Service.
To provide staffing for and functioning of the County Public Service for effective, efficient and quality delivery of service through an equitable and fair process.
The Board will uphold openness and take responsibility in the discharge of its mandate.
The Board will continuously seek and apply new methods and technology in the discharge of its duties.
The Board will maintain cohesiveness, cooperation, and team spirit through documenting and sharing best practices both internally and externally.
The four directions are aligned to the Boards strategic themes which are growth, sustainability, operation excellence, customer focus and leadership.
