Eldoret Rescue Centre on Friday received generous donation from Abdala Foundation to support the facility’s efforts in caring for vulnerable children and adults.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The donation, which included cooking oil and maize flour, was handed over to Anthony Sitienei, the County Executive Committee Member (CECM) for Education, Vocational Training, Gender, Social Protection, and Culture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“This contribution will go a long way in supporting the rescue centre,” Sitienei remarked during the event, highlighting the importance of such donations in sustaining the centre\u2019s operations.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

Sitienei expressed heartfelt gratitude to the Abdala Foundation for their continued support of the vulnerable members of the community and encouraged others to follow their example.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“We deeply appreciate your generosity, and on behalf of His Excellency the Governor and the entire county, we thank you for standing with us. We urge more well-wishers to come forward and assist the centre in any way they can,” he added.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n
