he said.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>On her part, the chief officer for the Gender Eunice Suter said the document will be crucial as upon completion, it will help in empowering women to assume leadership roles, combat gender-based violence (GBV) promote gender inclusivity, advocate for social economic and financial inclusion as well as encourage male involvement in gender and community issues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Director for Gender who is also the Chairperson for the committee Joywin Sang, Deputy Director Gender Kimingi Wainaina, Tecla Biwott from State Department of Gender and affirmative Action were&nbsp;present.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The proposed Gender Policy Development implementation roadmap was on Thursday presented before the County Executive Committee Member for Education, Vocational Training, Social Protection, Gender and Culture, Antony Sitienei.
