To streamline the process and make it easier for business and land owners to obtain their unified business permits and pay landrates, The County Government of Uasin Gishu County through the recently established one-stop-shop County Service Centre is calling upon residents to visit the centre to obtain their permits and also verify their details as the application deadline draws closer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

County Executive Committee Members Micah Rogony (Finance), Eng. Joseph Lagat (Roads), Dr. Janet Kosgei (Lands) and Anthony Sitienei(Education) on Tuesday while on an inspection visit to the County Service Centre to check on the processes of permit issuance noted that the new revenue system has made it easier for the generation of unified permits and access to county services at one place.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

According to Finance County Executive Mr. Rogony, currently, the service centre issues permits at the same time validates client’s details.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“After validation, the captured details will be used in such a way that clients will from next year be able to make payments and print their permits without visiting the centre,” said Rogony.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The county’s establishment of a one-stop shop, one-stop desk aims to serve clients for different permit-related requests from one computer.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n
