In a bid to support and uplift local farmers, The County Government of Uasin Gishu
continues to strengthen its efforts towards agricultural development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On Friday, Chief Officer for Agriculture, Elphas Kesio together with his water counterpart Elijah Koech visited the Tuiyotich Farmers Cooperative Society cereal store to inspect and ensure the efficient distribution of last-mile fertilizers to farmers in the region.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“By monitoring the distribution of fertilizers and ensuring that resources reach farmers promptly. Governor Dr Jonathan Bii’s administration demonstrates dedication to the agricultural sector,” said Kesio<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

Mr Koech highlighted the importance of Governor Bii’s administration in providing essential resources to households, with a specific focus on water access therefore improving the livelihoods of farmers and promoting sustainable agricultural practices in the region.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
