Abraham Kiptalam on Friday had an engagement with top Nairobi County officials led by the County Executive Committee Member Mr Brian Munala and Chief Officer Eng Eng. Eng Kiptalam stated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><strong>The Chief Officer noted that the Governor.
