{"id":6526,"date":"2024-02-07T15:57:03","date_gmt":"2024-02-07T12:57:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/uasingishu.go.ke\/?p=6526"},"modified":"2024-02-07T19:50:27","modified_gmt":"2024-02-07T16:50:27","slug":"borderlands-trading-centre-physical-development-planning-underway","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/uasingishu.go.ke\/index.php\/borderlands-trading-centre-physical-development-planning-underway","title":{"rendered":"BORDERLANDS TRADING CENTRE PHYSICAL DEVELOPMENT PLANNING UNDERWAY"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>County Executive Committee Member for the Department of Lands, Physical Planning, Housing and Urban Development, Dr. Janeth Kosgei has reaffirmed that all Land Use and Physical Planning Development (LPDPs) plans will be approved for onward use by the various beneficiary trading Centres in Uasin Gishu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Under the Food Agriculture Organisation (FAO) Programme, Borderlands Trading Centre in Kapseret Sub County with a total of 48 acres, is a beneficiary of the programme where the preparation of its LPDP is underway in progress.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><em><strong>&#8220;LPDPs are beneficial to the fast growing trading centres and sets the foundation for control in Physical development of the trading centres while ensuring that they are revamped economically,&#8221;
