program for directors, deputy directors, and assistant directors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mr. Bett emphasized the dynamic nature of public service, where policies evolve, trends shift, and procedures demand changes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The County Secretary reiterated that training is important in public service and the objective is to arm County Government officials with the skills essential for effective supervision and a thorough understanding of human resource policies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This, he asserted was crucial for delivering optimal services to the people of Uasin Gishu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;To deliver services as expected, it&#8217;s important for them to acquaint themselves with applicable human resource policies and procedures,&#8221; he adds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery the training, delved into project management, drawing from the reach well of experience shared by the public service board.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The directors were prepared to navigate the complexities of their daily responsibilities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dr. Edwin Tarno took them through a comprehensive presentation that focused on aligning the efforts of the directors with the Governor&#8217;s manifesto
