implement programs and projects aimed at addressing climate change issues in the county.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>On Thursday, the Department of Energy, Environment, Natural Resources, and Climate Change, led by Chief Officer Energy, Environment, Natural Resources and Climate Change Mary Kerich, conducted a validation exercise for the Financing Locally Led Climate Action (FLLoCA) programs in all Sub-Counties.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<figure
