The County Government of Uasin Gishu is actively working to implement programs and projects aimed at addressing climate change issues in the county.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On Thursday, the Department of Energy, Environment, Natural Resources, and Climate Change, led by Chief Officer Energy, Environment, Natural Resources and Climate Change Mary Kerich, conducted a validation exercise for the Financing Locally Led Climate Action (FLLoCA) programs in all Sub-Counties.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

Additionally, during the same event, members of the Ward Climate Change Planning Committee (WCCPC) received their appointment letters to coordinate climate change response activities in their respective wards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
