Kosgey urged employees to start the year positively and align their work with the Governor&#8217;s Manifesto for efficient service delivery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In his address, CECM Kosgey elaborated on the significance of supporting the government&#8217;s initiatives, emphasizing the pivotal role that a positive attitude and discipline play in the overall success of the county&#8217;s departments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><strong>The Departmental boss encouraged staff to participate in affordable housing projects, given salary deductions for the initiative.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Chief Officer for Public Service Management Ambrose Tarus stressed the importance of time consciousness, professionalism, and confidentiality.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tarus called on staff to adhere to grooming standards and dress codes in line with public service expectations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><strong>&#8220;We should foster a culture of efficiency and commitment among the county&#8217;s public service workforce,
