The County Executive Committee Member for the Department of Water, Irrigation, and Sanitation Dr. Sam Kotut on Thursday held a meeting with water engineers for effective water project planning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dr. Kotut challenged the team to put a great emphasis on quality service delivery in the execution of water projects across the county.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“Quality service delivery is essential to provide value for money and meet the needs of the community effectively,” said the CECM.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

He further added that the implementation of dams and pans for irrigation can indeed enhance food security and contribute to the economic well-being of the community, a strategic move for sustainable development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Chief Officer Water Elijah Koech noted the need to prioritize excellence in project execution which he said is a commendable approach.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
