Treat each day as the first of the rest of your life,” he said.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n Further, the County Executive revealed that as a way of encouraging more students to join Vocational Training Centres (VTCs), more funds have been committed to provide bursaries to those who will be enrolling to the institutions managed by devolved united.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Mr Sitienei said for the last few years, VTCs have been struggling with low enrolment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n “As a county, this financial year, we have a lot of emphasis on TVET and VTCs so that we encourage students to enrol,” Sitienei said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n “Each VTC will get Ksh1 million for Bursaries.
