In his address, the County Secretary described Huduma Centre as a revolutionary concept.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n He noted that before Huduma Centres, locals were going through hard times looking for crucial services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cThis concept has transformed service delivery and it is in line with the constitution that requires responsive and quality services to the citizens,\u201d Bett said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cThe services are now more accessible, customers are being served at their convenience and locals are always satisfied. I am happy that service delivery has been maintained,\u201d he added<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n CS Bett was among the first staff when the Eldoret Huduma Centre was established in 2014.<\/p>\n\n\n\n With the progress that the centre has made, he says the county is now considering partnering with them in a bid to take services even closer to the people at the Sub County level.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Similar sentiments were shared by Uasin Gishu County Commissioner Dr. Eddyson Nyale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cWe\u2019re in agreement that we wish to extend Huduma centre to sub-county and we\u2019re in discussion.
