Serem and Chief Officer Geoffrey Tanui, the residents interacted with the county team at various stopovers, where opinion leaders lauded the administration&#8217;s commitment to opening up rural roads in line with Governor Bii&#8217;s Nguzo Kumi development agenda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">CECM Serem assured residents that the department is committed to completing all road programs initiated by Dr. Bii&#8217;s administration, noting that the Bukwo area project is part of the county-wide plan to grade, gravel and compact roads across all 30 wards to enhance agricultural productivity, market access and service
