The County Government of Uasin Gishu has finalised preparations for public participation forums on the 2027\/2028 Annual Development Plan (ADP) and identification of priority ward projects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

County Chief Officer for Finance and Economic Planning Nixon Cheplong today briefed Ward Administrators and Sub-County Ward Administrators ahead of the exercise, emphasising the need for effective coordination and timely mobilisation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cheplong assured the administrators that County officials would be at the designated venues on time to ensure the exercise is conducted smoothly and all key issues are adequately captured.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Director of Public Participation Barno Kiptanui emphasised the importance of close coordination between the technical teams, Ward Administrators and Sub-County officials to ensure a well-organised and successful exercise across all the participating wards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The exercise will cover 15 wards on 19th August and the remaining 15 wards on 20th August 2026, providing a platform to gather views that will inform the County\u2019s development priorities for the coming financial year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
