Humphrey Otieno; Jackton Kiprop \u2013 Director of Urban Development and Charles Kimani \u2013 Director of Physical Planning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The UXP Program aims to roll out new urban expansion projects in African cities over the next three years while strengthening local governments&#8217;
