{"id":18016,"date":"2026-06-25T13:56:00","date_gmt":"2026-06-25T10:56:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/uasingishu.go.ke\/?p=18016"},"modified":"2026-06-26T16:00:51","modified_gmt":"2026-06-26T13:00:51","slug":"mawasiliano-maadili-na-usimamizi-wa-fedha-vyapewa-kipaumbele-katika-mafunzo-ya-wafanyakazi-wapya-wa-uasin-gishu","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/uasingishu.go.ke\/index.php\/mawasiliano-maadili-na-usimamizi-wa-fedha-vyapewa-kipaumbele-katika-mafunzo-ya-wafanyakazi-wapya-wa-uasin-gishu","title":{"rendered":"MAWASILIANO, MAADILI NA USIMAMIZI WA FEDHA VYAPEWA KIPAUMBELE KATIKA MAFUNZO YA WAFANYAKAZI WAPYA WA UASIN GISHU"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Programu inayoendelea ya mafunzo elekezi kwa wafanyakazi wapya wa Serikali ya Kaunti ya Uasin Gishu iliendelea kwa vipindi mbalimbali vya mafunzo vilivyoongozwa na wakurugenzi na wataalamu, vikilenga kuwapa wafanyakazi maarifa muhimu kuhusu mawasiliano, maadili, usimamizi wa rasilimali watu, usimamizi wa fedha za umma na mipango ya kustaafu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Akiongoza mijadala ya siku hiyo, Mkurugenzi wa Mawasiliano Silas Tarus aliwahimiza wafanyakazi kukumbatia mawasiliano bora kama msingi wa taaluma na utoaji wa huduma bora katika sekta ya umma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bw. Tarus alisisitiza umuhimu wa usikilizaji makini, akieleza kuwa ni ujuzi muhimu ambao mara nyingi hupuuzwa lakini una mchango mkubwa katika kukuza uelewano na kujenga mahusiano yenye tija mahali pa kazi. Aliwahimiza wafanyakazi kuwapa wazungumzaji umakini kamili, kutafuta ufafanuzi pale inapohitajika na kushiriki kikamilifu katika mazungumzo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aidha, aliwafundisha washiriki kanuni za mawasiliano bora, akieleza nguzo saba za mawasiliano zinazojulikana kama \u201cSeven C\u2019s\u201d ambazo ni uwazi (Clarity), ufupi na usahihi wa ujumbe (Conciseness), uhalisia (Concreteness), usahihi (Correctness), mtiririko mzuri wa mawazo (Coherence), ukamilifu (Completeness) na heshima (Courtesy).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mkurugenzi huyo alisisitiza umuhimu wa kuheshimu ngazi za uongozi ndani ya taasisi, kudumisha usiri wa taarifa, kuonyesha uaminifu na kutunza muda, pamoja na kutumia njia rasmi za mawasiliano wakati wa kuwasilisha taarifa. Alibainisha kuwa adabu njema na mawasiliano bora huchangia kwa kiasi kikubwa katika kuimarisha taaluma, kuijengea taasisi uaminifu na kuboresha mtazamo wa umma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Akizungumzia changamoto za mawasiliano mahali pa kazi, Bw. Tarus aliwahimiza wafanyakazi kushinda vikwazo vya mawasiliano kwa kubaki watulivu wanapokabiliwa na shinikizo, kuheshimu utofauti wa tamaduni na kuchagua mazingira yanayofaa kwa mijadala muhimu. Pia aliwahimiza kujenga utamaduni wa kujiboresha kila mara kwa kutafuta na kupokea mrejesho kwa mtazamo chanya, akisisitiza kuwa mawasiliano ni safari endelevu inayohitaji kujifunza na kukua kila class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mkurugenzi wa Rasilimali Watu katika Bodi ya Huduma za Umma ya Kaunti (CPSB), Japheth Yegon, aliwaelekeza washiriki kuhusu muundo, majukumu na mamlaka ya Bodi ya Huduma za Umma ya Kaunti, ugatuzi wa mamlaka na mfumo wa kitaasisi unaosimamia huduma za umma. Alieleza manufaa ya nidhamu chanya na kuwakumbusha wafanyakazi kuwa hakuna aliye juu ya sheria, huku akiwahimiza kuelewa haki na wajibu wao kama maafisa wa umma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Katika mada ya utawala bora, Naftal Kayuko aliendesha kipindi kuhusu maadili na uadilifu, akiwafafanulia wafanyakazi kanuni zinazoongoza maafisa wa umma na kusisitiza umuhimu wa uwajibikaji, uwazi na mwenendo wa kuwajibika katika utumishi wa umma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Samuel Melly kutoka Mfuko wa Pensheni wa Kaunti aliwahimiza wafanyakazi kuanza mapema kupanga maisha yao ya baadaye kwa kuwekeza katika kustaafu kwao.
