The county, he noted, recognizes the importance of evidence-based planning in sustaining gains made in HIV prevention, treatment, and care.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>KNASA 2026 is being conducted using the globally recognized National AIDS Spending Assessment methodology (NASA) framework, which systematically tracks financial flows from all sources\u2014including government, donors, and implementing partners. The exercise will generate comprehensive data on how HIV resources are mobilized, allocated, and utilized.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><strong>The NSDCC team highlighted that the assessment comes at a pivotal moment as Kenya evaluates HIV expenditure trends spanning Financial Years 2020\/21 to 2023\/24.
