The County Government of Uasin Gishu is committed to attracting, developing, and retaining a qualified, service-driven, and accountable workforce, a senior official has said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Speaking during the signing of performance contracts by Chief Officers, County Executive for Public Service, Janet Kurgat, emphasized that the process is a key driver in enhancing service delivery across all departments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On Thursday, under the leadership of Governor Dr. Jonathan Bii, Chief Officers signed contracts aimed at reinforcing their commitment to delivering quality services to the public.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

County Executives, who serve as heads of departments, also endorsed the contracts\u2014turning them into binding appraisal documents with clear deliverables and accountability mechanisms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The exercise was spearheaded by the Department of Public Service, led by CECM Janet Kurgat, with support from the Director for Performance Contracting, Josephat Rotich.
