Start small businesses\u2014open salons, barber shops, and more.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Also in attendance were Deputy Governor Hon. Evans Kapkea, Tapsagoi Ward MCA Nicholas Bitok, CECM for Water, Environment, Natural Resources and Energy Mr. Anthony Sitienei, Chief Officer Mr. Mark Some, and Director of Energy Dr. Silas Kering.
