The County Government of Uasin Gishu remains committed to fostering transformative development across its sub-counties, with Moiben Ward in Moiben Sub-County serving as a key example of ongoing progress.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During the ongoing Monitoring and Evaluation exercise, county officials\u2014led by Director of the Governor\u2019s Delivery Unit, Charles Kapkiai, alongside Economic and Procurement Officers inspected significant developments that are enhancing residents\u2019 lives and contributing to a more prosperous community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The County Aggregation and Industrial Park (CAIP) is progressing steadily, with 500 meters of fencing already completed and warehouse construction at 31 percent. Eight substructures have been finalized, and ablution blocks are currently under construction. This facility is expected to drive local economic activity upon completion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Infrastructure improvements, such as the Ranymoi and Kabiyet culverts, have significantly enhanced road access between Ranymoi, Moiben, Bidii, and neighbouring areas. These improvements are facilitating smoother transportation and boosting economic activities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In Kapgedion, a newly installed steel water tank now serves over 100 households, including Simotwo residents and the Simotwo ECDE. This project has greatly improved access to clean water, promoting better health and overall well-being within the community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The completion of eight modern market stalls, along with a water tank and ablution block, is set to empower local businesses. This initiative creates economic opportunities and reinforces the principle of collective responsibility within the community.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

At the Moiben Hospital, the construction of the X-ray block is now 80 percent complete, with the installation of lead shielding and electricity remaining. Once finished, this facility will provide essential diagnostic services, improving healthcare access for residents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

These projects reflect the county\u2019s dedication to creating a productive, innovative, and healthy community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Governor Dr. Bii\u2019s transformative agenda, outlined in the Nguzo Kumi blueprint, focuses on building sustainable and self-sufficient communities through infrastructure development, water access, and improved healthcare services.
