Chief Officer of Administration and Devolved Units, Ambrose Tarus, has underscored the vital role of Sub-County and Ward Administrators in local development.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tarus urged the administrators to actively manage the planning and implementation of development projects in their areas and to ensure seamless communication between the county government and the community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“You serve as a crucial link between the county government and the people, fostering participatory governance and driving local development to improve social and economic conditions at the grassroots level,” Tarus stated.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

He stressed the importance of holding regular meetings, encouraging teamwork, and prioritizing time management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
