highlights Governor Dr. Jonathan Bii\u2019s commitment to ensuring all citizens have access to quality and timely medical care.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><strong>During the opening ceremony, Chief Officer for Promotive and Preventive Health, Dr. Paul Wangwe, emphasized the dispensary&#8217;s importance for the Chepkongi community, which previously relied on Kapteldon Sub-County Hospital for medical services.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cThis dispensary will transform healthcare access for our residents, reinforcing our administration&#8217;s commitment to improving healthcare across the county,\u201d stated Dr. Wangwe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images
