The recently launched nine regional tourism circuits by the Kenya Tourism Board (KTB) under the Tembea Kenya initiative is set to redefine travel in Kenya by not only showcasing the best of Kenya but also provide an opportunity for inclusive growth in the tourism sector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to KTB CEO June Chepkemei, the circuits are designed to elevate Kenya\u2019s tourism offering and highlighting undiscovered gems and welcoming travelers to explore the full diversity of our country’s breathtaking landscapes, culture, and wildlife.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Speaking on Thursday in preparation for the launch of North Rift Tourism Circuit, an event set for this evening at an Eldoret hotel, Chepkemei said the milestone marks a significant step in KTB\u2019s mission to enhance both domestic and international travel adding that each circuit spanning all the 47 counties offers unique experiences.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Uasin Gishu County Chief Officer for Trade, Industrialization and Tourism CPA Victorine Kapkiai lauded KTB for considering the North Rift Economic Bloc (NOREB) as one of the circuit saying that Governor Dr Jonathan Bii’s administration is working on the development of a county museum, a key tourism product on cultural and tourism perspective with an aim of promoting the county on matters tourism.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
